Dear friends,
It is a very special privilege to have a special time with the Lord, to have a special encounter with Him, a special time to listen to Him. It is not a wasted time. Anytime spent in the presence of God or for God is not wasted, it cannot be in vain.
A retreat time is a time of confrontation with ourselves, and in the process of this confrontation, we encounter God. If you make out time for the Lord and make good use of the time, He will definitely touch you, fill you with His graces.
Your effort will now be to jealously guard what He has given you, to protect our weaknesses, to create boundaries in your life, in order to retain the graces and blessings that God has poured on you in such a period.
