About us
We are a community of Roman Catholic monks of the
Order of Cistercians of the Strict Observance [OCSO] dedicated to seeking God and following the Gospel in prayer and work.
We live a contemplative monastic life and so the main focus of our living is the celebration of the liturgy throughout the day, with periods for personal prayer and study combined with work. We do not normally undertake any external apostolic work in keeping with the Constitutions of our Order.
